← Twenty Nine
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Twenty Nine ("the app") is developed by Rannabanna ("we", "us"). This
page explains what information the app collects, why, and how you can
control it. It applies to the Twenty Nine mobile app on Android and
iOS.
Information we collect
-
Account information. If you sign in with Google or
Apple, we receive your name, email address, a profile photo (if you
have one), and a unique account identifier from that provider. We
use this to let you keep the same account, match history, and rating
across devices.
-
Gameplay data. Match results, ratings, and
room/lobby activity are stored on our game servers, tied to your
account, so your match history and leaderboard standing are
available the next time you play.
-
Crash and error reports. We use Sentry to
automatically capture crash reports and errors — this can include
your device model, OS version, and a technical stack trace of what
the app was doing when it failed. It does not include your card
hand, chat, or other gameplay content.
-
Advertising data. The app shows ads through Google
AdMob (and, if enabled, its mediation partners) to help fund
development. Depending on your region and your own choices, these
networks may use a device advertising identifier to show either
personalized or non-personalized ads. In the EEA/UK, we ask for your
consent before any ad-related data collection through a standard
consent form; on iOS, the system's own App Tracking Transparency
prompt asks separately for tracking permission. You can review or
change your ad consent choice at any time from
Settings → Ads Privacy Options inside the app,
where that option is shown.
-
Local network access. "Play with Friends" uses your
device's local network (Wi-Fi) to host or join a game with nearby
players. This traffic stays on your local network and is never sent
to us.
How we use this information
To let you sign in and keep your progress across devices, to run
online and local multiplayer matches, to diagnose and fix crashes, and
to show ads that help cover the cost of running the game's servers.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- You can sign out at any time from the Account screen.
-
You can change or withdraw your ad consent at any time from
Settings → Ads Privacy Options (where shown),
or from your device's own ad personalization settings.
-

Children's privacy
Twenty Nine is not directed at children under 13, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you
believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us
and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on
this page with an updated date at the top.
